Safety
For safety reasons, the Hunter Mill Swim and Racquet Club has a no-glass policy at the pool. For social events, you may bring your own beverages, but please remember to always transfer to non-breakable containers. When weather is questionable, please check your email for event changes and Twitter and Facebook for updates.
Gazebo Rental
The gazebo is available for rent for your special occasion. The rental fee is $250 per 2-hour event and includes up to 15 non-member guests. The fee includes a $50 deposit, refundable if area is cleaned, all chairs/tables returned to their original locations, and the gazebo vacated at the end of the 2 hours.
Please complete and submit a Reservation Request. Reservations must be made by members, paid in advance, and are accepted on a first come, first served basis. Only 2 gazebo rentals are permitted per day. Please check the Calendar of Events to ensure availability.
A gazebo rental is required when a member plans to host more than 10 guests at one time.
